Shipping & Policies
• Lost or damaged parcels: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (with photos if applicable). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
• Customs & import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
