Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

All content, product designs, structural engineering configurations, custom 3D models, graphics, artwork, text, and imagery associated with our distinct product lines—including but not limited to The Handyman Depot, Oak & Oddity, PlantGrowCo, and Grimstone Forge—are the exclusive intellectual property of The Handyman Depot. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, reverse-engineer, or exploit any portion of the products, use of the products, or access to the designs displayed on this website without express written permission from us.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - MADE-TO-ORDER & INDUSTRIAL COMPONENTS
Certain items, including heavy-duty tool storage modules, tabletop miniatures, and architectural gardenware, are custom-manufactured and made-to-order. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We do our best to display product dimensions and specifications as accurately as possible, but slight variations inherent to engineering and manufacturing processes may occur. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SYNDICATED CHANNELS
We utilize verified first-party and third-party applications (including Shopify Marketplace Connect and Shuttle) to sync our centralized product catalog, live inventory levels, and order fulfillment lines to external sales networks like Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. We are not liable for any technical display latencies, currency translation discrepancies, or third-party platform interruptions occurring on external marketplaces. 

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
