Shipping & Delivery

Everything we sell (The Handyman Depot, Oak & Oddity, PlantGrowCo and Grimstone Forge) is designed and 3D printed to order in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia, so shipping works a little differently to a warehouse store.

Processing time

  • Orders are printed, quality-checked and dispatched within 5–7 business days of payment.
  • We don't process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we have unusually high order volumes or a material delay (for example, a filament shortage), processing may take longer. If that happens, we'll email you.

Delivery times and shipping costs

We ship across Australia and worldwide using trackable services, including Australia Post and international couriers. Delivery times are estimates from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you order. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Australia

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $250 AUD.

International

  • We ship to New Zealand, North America, Europe, Asia and other destinations.
  • Standard shipping: 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Free international shipping on orders over $350 AUD.

Order tracking

Once your parcel is ready for collection by the courier, we'll email you a tracking number. The tracking link can take up to 24 hours to become active.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or tariffs by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, email sales@thehandymandepot.com within 30 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date). For damage, include photos of the packaging and the item, and keep the packaging. We'll work with you and the carrier to reprint, replace or refund where appropriate. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
