Each pile is a dense accumulation of skulls, bones, and skeletal fragments rendered in exceptional detail. These aren't simple lumps — every skull has socket depth, every bone has anatomical form, and the overall composition reads as a chaotic, natural accumulation rather than a stylised prop.

What's in the Set

The set includes bone pile pieces in two sizes — large and small — giving you flexibility to place them where they fit the scene. Use the large pile as a centrepiece element or encounter marker, and the small piles as scatter dressing around the wider area. Together they create the sense of a space where bad things have happened repeatedly, over a long time.

The spherical base profile of each piece means they sit naturally on any surface without tipping, and their circular footprint makes them easy to position without blocking miniature movement.

Material & Finish

Printed in matte grey, the only finish available. The matte surface gives the bones a dry, aged quality — like bones that have been lying in the dark for a very long time. The flat finish works well unpainted and is equally suitable as a painting base.

For painters, bone piles are one of the most satisfying quick-paint projects in terrain. A cream or off-white basecoat with a sepia or brown wash, followed by a bone or ivory dry-brush, produces stunning results in under 30 minutes. Skulls can be highlighted individually for a more dramatic finish.
